Watermelon Popsicles are so easy to make, you’ll giggle. Call the kids into the kitchen because this is a super fun recipe for them too!
Watermelon, as I have so often state, should be named the official fruit of hot weather. Don’t you agree? They are so thirst quenching and cooling, that when I bring one home, it’s gone in no time at all. That’s perfectly ok, watermelon is very high in water and does the body good.
Watermelons are high in vitamins also, and will provide necessary nourishment and hydration for your kids in hot weather.
What can you do with a watermelon?
Besides, eat it just like it is …
The possibilities are endless when you have a watermelon in your fridge. I’ve even made the kids a creamy delicious ice-cream type dessert, Watermelon Frozen Ice. It’s a cross between an ice cone and sherbet. Yummy! Give it a try, it’s so easy to make and healthier than the sugar laden store-bought frozen desserts.
There are so many ways to enjoy summer fruit and this recipe (if you can call it that) is the easiest you’ll find. It’s funny because my daughter makes this all by herself and that gave me an idea.
