These loaded Devilled Eggs make will make the perfect appetizer for your next BBQ or Potluck.  Made with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese, there won’t be a one left on the plate, so make lots!

  1. Prepare the boiled eggs.
  2. Seperate the yolks from the whites.
  3. In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork.
  4. Add in the salt, dry mustard, cheese, onions and bacon.
  5. Stir to mix it well,
  6. Dressing:
  7. Mix the mayo and yogurt together.
  8. Add half into the filling mixture.
  9. Keep adding more dressing until you have the right consistency.
  10. Fill the egg white with a tiny spoon.
  11. Garnish eggs with extra bacon, cheese and green onions.
  12. Chill.

The dressing makes enough for one cup but if you don’t use it all, then store in an air tight container in the fridge.  It’s handy for making dips for veggies.
