Lemon Refrigerator Sheet Cake

Light, easy and pretty dessert that is wonderful after a huge heavy Easter dinner.

Instructions

  1. Prepare one cake mix according to instructions on the box.
  2. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for time indicated on box.
  3. Remove cake when done, poke holes while warm (12 aprox.) in cake with a wooden spoon handle.
  4. Prepare lemon jello according to the box (you can chill in fridge for a bit if desired).
  5. Drizzle lemon jello over the top of the cake, making sure holes are filled first while warm.
  6. Whip up the Dream Whip and pudding mix together with the milk and beat for about 5 minutes.
  7. Spread over the top of the cake.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until set (a day ahead is best).

Notes

Always keep this dessert in the fridge, you can leave out to serve but it’s meant to be chilled. Feel free to try cherry, strawberry or any favorite jello. It’s all good!
